Now I am mortified. Perhaps that will aid in the wait loss. I am sure my friends will support me (yeah, aren't they the ones who buy pizza, drinks, desert...) but I am not naive enough to think that this is a private site. Now the freaks know too! Whatever. I'm fat.
Also going in for a colonic tomorrow. Before the medical experts comment, I have IBS. I have seen many doctors and most have no clue how to treat it. I've done my own research. Hopefully it will work. I'll let you know.
