I saw the movie.
So yesterday I was awoken by Harry calling "Mommy" for about 15 minutes. No, nothing was broken...well, except one of those little static snowmen that stick to windows. "Look what Mater did?" he says, showing me the pieces in his hand. Yup, Mater did it. Very adament that he did not. I didn't have an invisible friend, so I am still not sure about this whole thing. I did see a ghost when I was 4 though. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!
Kevin handled this much better. He said we needed to talk to Mater's parents and asked how we could talk to them. Harry's quick response: through the cross talk on the walkie talkies. To quote my husband, WTF! How'd he come up with that so quickly! And why???? I know he didn't see the movie! And I know there is a tombstone down the street with "Matter" on it. And I read that Jodi Picoult book where the little girl mispronounces "God." Again, WTF????
Today I felt a little better when I saw him pealing stickers off of his door. I am sure if I hadn't been there he may have blamed Mater. I'm still stuck on the cross-talk though!
