Pond Hockey: The Movie

Okay... as much as I love where we live (quality of life has increased dramatically with the new non-driving commute), I'm relatively sure that pond hockey is something that Harry (and Ainsley) will not be experiencing here.

Sure there are the rare winters when the C&O Canal freezes hard enough that folks play in town, and there's one extremely exclusive outdoor rink at the Chevy Chase Club where I doubt they'll ever get to play in (thanks to Frank P for getting me in there a few times a few years back... somehow I'm still on their email list).

That said, Harry and I actually watched some of the Winter Classic together, and he seemed somewhat interested. Reading the various follow-up media coverage, I came across John Buccigross' home rink, that was part of an upcoming documentary: Pond Hockey.
